Welcome to ALL English! I am thrilled to be your teacher for this advanced class.
OVERVIEW
In this class you will be expected to learn the content of the 7th grade English Core; however, the class will spend less time on basic information acquisition and focus on in depth analysis and writing at a higher level than the standard English class. In addition to class work, you will be required to complete four personal reading and/or self directed learning assignments each term.
ASSIGNMENTS
Lesson overviews and copies of assignments can be accessed from the drop down menu under ALL English. Lessons and materials are divided by week. Please use this resource when possible to keep up when you are absent.
GRADING
Since this is a more advanced class, work will be graded more rigorously. If you are unhappy with an assignment grade you can redo it for full credit on these conditions:

- The assignment was complete the first time
- You meet with me during TEAL Time to review the assignment
- The work is redone within two weeks of receiving the grade
